Zucchini Bisquick Casserole

Right from the box!  Apparently a very old box. 

7-8 zucchini
1 onion chopped finely
3 Tbs parsley & oregano
As desired salt & pepper
4 eggs beaten
1 cup parmessan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup oil

Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
Grease 13x9 pan and pour mixture in.
Bake at 375° for 1 hr or until browned
